How to book at Panthera Madrid: online, WhatsApp, groups and events

There are three ways to book at Panthera: online on our website (via CoverManager), by phone or WhatsApp on +34 689 879 114, and, for groups of more than 10 or events, by email at eventos@galeriaserrano.com. We open Wednesday to Sunday evenings, at Miguel Ángel 21 in Chamberí.

Which route suits your plans

Every route reaches the same team. The difference is speed and the type of booking: for a regular table, online is instant; for a group or an event, email keeps the proposal, any changes and the confirmation in one written thread.

Booking online, step by step

It is the quickest option for regular tables. The CoverManager booking module is built into our booking page, so you do not need to leave the site.

1. Go to book a table.
2. Pick the day. Remember we are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
3. Choose the number of guests and your arrival time.
4. Fill in your contact details and confirm.
5. If there are allergies or it is a special occasion, add a note to the booking.

If the system shows nothing at the time you want, try another slot or send us a WhatsApp and we will look into it with you. And if your date is fixed, like a birthday or an anniversary, book as soon as you know it: you will have more choice of times.

By phone or WhatsApp

You can call +34 689 879 114 or message it on WhatsApp. It is handy for same-day bookings, a specific question before your visit or if you would rather talk to someone on the team. On WhatsApp, the more complete your first message, the faster we can reply with something useful: day, time, number of guests and a name.

Example message: 'Hi, I'd like to book for 4 people on Thursday at 21:30, under the name Laura. One of us is coeliac and it's a birthday.'

Groups of more than 10 and events

For more than 10 guests we prepare a personalised menu. In that case, email eventos@galeriaserrano.com with the date, a rough head count, the occasion and any allergies. The events team will send you a proposal. There is more detail in large group restaurant in Madrid and on our events page.

One detail worth including in your email: at midnight the tables turn into private celebration areas, so tell us whether the group wants to stay on when the room switches to club mode.

Opening hours to help you pick a time

• Wednesday & Thursday: 20:00 to 02:30.
• Friday & Saturday: 20:00 to 03:00.
• Sunday: 20:30 to 03:30.
• Monday & Tuesday: closed.

Keep in mind that the room changes at midnight: the tables become private celebration areas and the music goes up. If you want a relaxed dinner, come early; if you are coming to celebrate, book with staying on in mind.

Before picking a day, have a look at what's on to see what is happening that week. If you are celebrating something, like a birthday or a hen do, mention it in the booking so the team knows from the start.

Allergies and the allergen menu

We have an allergen menu you can check before your visit. If anyone at the table has an allergy or intolerance, mention it when you book and remind us when you arrive. The full food menu is on our menu page and the drinks on cocktails.

If you are ordering dishes to share, mention the allergy again when you order, so it is taken into account for everything that comes to the table.
