What data we process and why

Bookings: online bookings are managed through CoverManager, acting as data processor. We process the data you provide (name, phone, email, date and party size) to manage your booking.

Enquiries and events: if you contact us by email or WhatsApp we process your data to answer and, where relevant, prepare a proposal. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps at your request and your consent.

Analytics: only if you accept it in the cookie banner, we measure website use in aggregate.

Retention

We keep data for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, and then for the applicable legal periods.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by emailing datos@pantheramadrid.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
