Company dinner with a party in Madrid: dinner and dancing in one venue
How to organise a company dinner that ends in a party without moving the team at midnight: format, the night's timeline and how to request a proposal at Panthera.
Published 3 August 2026 · Panthera Madrid
For a company dinner with a party in Madrid, the most practical choice is a venue where dinner and dancing happen under one roof. At Panthera (Miguel Ángel 21, Chamberí) dinner starts at 8pm, there is a DJ and live performances through the evening, and at midnight the tables become private celebration zones. From 10 guests, the events team prepares a personalised menu.
Why keep dinner and party in one place
Anyone who has organised a company dinner knows the trickiest moment comes after dessert. You have to decide where to go, split thirty or forty people across taxis and hope the second venue has room for everyone. With a Dinner and Dance format, that moment simply does not happen.
- One address for the whole team. Nobody gets lost between the restaurant and the club.
- Everyone picks their own night. Those who want to leave after dinner can; those who want to stay are already at the party.
- The group keeps its table. At midnight it becomes the team's celebration zone.
- A single point of contact. Panthera's events team coordinates the menu, timings and details with you.
What a company dinner at Panthera looks like
| Time | What happens |
|---|---|
| 8pm to 9pm | The group arrives and gets going with signature cocktails |
| Dinner | A personalised group menu built on the Nikkei, Mediterranean and Latin-influenced menu |
| During dinner | Live DJ and short performances that lift the energy step by step |
| Before dessert | A good moment for the toast or a few words from management, while people can still hear |
| Midnight, Party up | The tables become private celebration zones: the Bottle Club begins |
| Closing | 2.30am Wednesday and Thursday, 3am Friday and Saturday, 3.30am Sunday |
The menu works well for groups: raw dishes and nigiri to share, chargrilled plates such as the 20-day dry-aged Discarlux entrecôte or the sea bass for two, and desserts like the grilled torrija. The final menu is agreed with the events team based on the group and any allergies, and Panthera has an allergen menu.
The setting helps too. Panthera draws an international crowd and has a very recognisable look, with black panthers and low lighting, which works well when the team mixes departments, offices or nationalities. The music breaks the ice without anyone having to organise activities, and dinner turns into a celebration without forcing it.

How to request a proposal
We do not publish fixed group prices because every company dinner is different. What you can do is request a proposal on the events page or by email to eventos@galeriaserrano.com. To get a quick, tailored reply, include the following:
- Date and a back-up date. Panthera opens Wednesday to Sunday.
- Approximate headcount, even if it is not final yet.
- A rough budget per person, so the menu can be tailored.
- Any allergies or special diets you already know about.
- Whether the group will stay for the party at midnight or just for dinner.

Request a group proposalTips for a night that works
- Do the toast early. Before dessert the music still lets people talk; afterwards, the dance floor takes over.
- Ask the group to arrive between 8pm and 9pm to get the full night.
- Think about getting home. Share transport options with the team for after closing.
- If it is in December, book in October or November. More on that in Christmas company dinner.
