Bottle Club at Panthera: what happens at midnight

At midnight Panthera changes its skin: the dinner tables become private celebration areas, the resident DJ comes on with reactive lighting and the restaurant starts running as a club. That is the Bottle Club. Bottle service for the table is arranged directly with your waiter.

From restaurant to club: how the room changes

During dinner, Panthera is a restaurant with low lighting, black panthers in the decor, live DJs and shows. The music is there, but you can still talk. From 00:00, as Hostelpro described it, the venue becomes a club with a resident DJ and reactive lighting. The difference from going to a nightclub is that you keep your table: the one you had all through dinner becomes your own space to celebrate.

For a group, this solves several problems at once: nobody has to find the next place, there is no queue outside a club, and anyone who would rather stay seated can do so while the others dance. The crowd is very international, and the night carries on until closing time.

Nor is the switch an abrupt one. There are already live DJs and shows during dinner, so midnight feels more like a continuation than a change of venue. You do not have to get up, pay and come back in through another door: the table is still yours and the cocktail list is still there.

How the Bottle Club works, step by step

1. Book dinner online through the website or on WhatsApp at +34 689 879 114.
2. If you are celebrating, say so when you book: a birthday, a leaving do, a promotion.
3. Dinner from 20:00 (20:30 on Sundays) from the sharing menu.
4. At 00:00, your table becomes your private celebration area and the room becomes a club.
5. Talk to your waiter if you would like bottle service: they will explain what is available that night.
6. Carry on until closing: 02:30 Wednesday and Thursday, 03:00 Friday and Saturday, 03:30 on Sunday.

What to drink after midnight

For a toast, the Royal cocktails are made with Veuve Clicquot: Bellini Panthera (peach), Kir Royal (cassis) and La Panthera Mimosa (orange and Cointreau). On the dance floor the fresher ones work well, such as the Moscow Mule 2.0 or the Panthera Garden, and for a pick-me-up there is the Espresso Martini 2.0. At a table of four or more, mixing and matching tends to work: a round of Royal cocktails for the midnight toast and then everyone to their own. The list covers very different tastes, from tropical drinks like Welcome to the Jungle (rum, passion fruit, mango and coconut) to smoky ones like the Shōgun ahumado 2.0 with Dewar's 12 whisky, by way of tequila-based options such as the Margarita Nikkei or the Dirty Bramble.

A practical note: if you plan to stay for the club, book dinner at a time that lets you finish without rushing before 00:00. A table at 21:00 or 21:30 leaves time to share several plates, order dessert and reach midnight with the first round of cocktails in hand.
