Gift Card terms of use
Gift Card validity
Valid only for redemption against an experience at the PANTHERA restaurant.
Valid Monday to Sunday during the restaurant's usual opening hours, subject to availability and to the booking conditions.
Value and conditions of use
Minimum purchase amount: €150. Customers may freely choose any amount from that figure upwards; the amount is not linked to the number of guests.
It is not refundable or exchangeable for any other product or service, except where provided for by applicable law.
It cannot be combined with offers, promotions or discounts.
Any unused balance is not refundable and cannot be claimed, without prejudice to the consumer's statutory rights.
If the bill exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the customer must pay the difference.
The Gift Card amount cannot be split across different visits.
Buying the Gift Card
It is purchased through the link provided on the restaurant's website. A valid email address and a bank card for payment are required to complete the purchase.
After purchase, the customer will receive a confirmation email with the digital Gift Card and a unique single-use code.
Booking and redeeming the Gift Card
A prior booking is required, subject to availability. Bookings must be requested by email at reservas@pantheramadrid.com.
When booking, the customer must state that they hold a Gift Card and specify its amount and the number of guests.
The Gift Card must be shown, in digital or printed form, at the time of payment.
Right of withdrawal
The buyer may withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of the purchase date, provided the Gift Card has not been used and the applicable legal conditions are met.
Withdrawal requests must be sent to reservas@pantheramadrid.com with the subject line "DEVOLUCIÓN GIFT CARD DIGITAL". The refund will be made to the same bank card used for the purchase, in accordance with applicable law.
